Delivery and Returns

Delivery is normally next working day for orders placed before 3pm on a weekday / workday. We do not ship out on weekends or bank holidays. Orders after 3pm on a Friday or over a weekend will be delivered on the next Tuesday.

We use courier companies for our deliveries. We do have full tracking information for each box and will always work with the courier company if you have any questions. If you have special delivery requirements please let us have these when you order.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our products or our service to you, please telephone us as soon as possible on 01 620 5050. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

If the box appears damaged on receipt please point this out to the courier. If you can, send us a photo of the damage to We will arrange a replacement for damaged goods as soon as possible, typically arriving the next working day.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

If the error is ours, we will replace the item and cover the cost of delivering the replacement, and any return costs for the item sent in error.

On the other hand, if you have ordered the wrong product, and wish to exchange it, you can send it back yourself, or we can have it collected at the time of exchange using our normal couriers. Refunds (if applicable)
If you do not require a replacement item, once your return is received and inspected credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a matter of days. If the refund does not appear within 4 days please call us on 01 620 5050 for further help, or contact us at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
